TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 17/02/2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all supply and installation orders of windows, doors, blinds, and curtains.
1. Orders and Custom-Made Products
All products are custom-made based on measurements provided by the customer or taken by us.
Production may begin upon receipt of a deposit. Once production has started, cancellation or changes to the order are only possible if agreed in writing.
2. Measuring and Installation
If measurements are taken by us, we accept responsibility for their accuracy.
If measurements are supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for their accuracy.
We are not responsible for issues arising from installation carried out by third parties.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the time of installation, as agreed.
We accept bank transfer payments.
4. Production and Delivery Times
All products are custom-manufactured.
Estimated lead times depend on the type of product ordered.
5. Product Limitations
Blackout blinds significantly reduce light but do not provide total darkness.
Natural materials (such as wood) may vary in colour or texture; this is not considered a defect.
Fabric colours and patterns may vary slightly from samples.
6. Returns and Refunds
As all products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not accepted where incorrect measurements or specifications were provided by the customer.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will decide whether to repair, replace, or issue a refund.
Any damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
7. Guarantee – Blinds
Blinds are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
8. Guarantee – Windows and Doors
Windows and doors are covered by a 5-year product warranty:
• Frames and glass units – 5 years
• Moving parts – 1 year
The warranty does not cover:
• Adjustments
• Damage caused by third parties
• Misuse or lack of maintenance
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under Irish law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
